When you place an order through this website or through email we will operate in terms of you have read our Term's & Conditions, have accepted them and voluntarily choose to conduct business.
Terms & Conditions are as followed:
- There is a non-negotiable $2.75 processing fee & taxes that all customers have to pay in order to complete your order. WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, PAYPAL AND CASHAPP, CASH APP LINK IS https://cash.app/$RickyK1963 AND OR $RickyK1963 ( Cash app should have the website picture on it ). - All sales are final due to the nature of business product. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO CHARGEBACKS, once order has been submitted, payment received and products are in your hands. Billing address must match what is on your Government - Issued identification such as ID/ Driver's License, etc. Failure to do so will result in non completion of order or we hold no liability for refunds. Please fill out the shipping address info with whatever address is on your Government-Issued ID and Billing address when you place an order on the website BUT UNDERSTAND WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES, YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER AT DISCLOSED LOCATIONS. LOCATIONS VARY AND YOU WILL GET MORE INFO SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
- We are not liable for any payment issues or failures, please contact your bank. We currently accept cash, cash app & PayPal and again not liable for any payments not received to the correct accounts( Make sure you are sending payment to correct cash app usernames and if their is uncertainty please email or call before sending any payment. In some cases we may be required to ask for copy of Government- Issued Identification as well as signatures. We strive to ensure you get 99% fresh, NON-GMO, wild- caught seafood & meats, in the event you become ill, sick, hospitalized, result to death, accumulate any medical bills, funeral expenses or anything of monetary value, We are NOT liable for anything.
- In the event the website is down, has errors or users are unable to complete a successful order, we are not liable for monetary damages and ask that you email your order in at: americansseafood@gmail.com and call/leave a voicemail at 770-873-0102. You will have to fill out a terms & conditions form before completion of order.
- ALL orders have to be submitted each Wednesday by 9:30PM EST, upon successful completion of order, you will be able to pick-up your order at disclosed pick-up locations. You will be able to pick up your order that Saturday/ Sunday of the same week. For large orders/ business orders we will provide delivery and or catering options. - Rules, regulations & laws change daily so our terms & conditions will attempt to try our best to adhere to what is current. This means for orders you have already placed and or future orders must adhere to our current or future changes. Thank you for being a devoted customer!!!
